Position Profile: Product Marketing Manager - CyberPower Systems
The primary focus of the channel marketing manager will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing innovative channel marketing activities for CyberPower’s B2B channel partners (e.g. DMRs, VARs, distributors, ETail).

Manage all aspects of channel marketing programs and processes that drive demand generation and sales enablement tailored to an array of CyberPower’s B2B channel partners and their end-users.
Manage all aspects of channel marketing programs and processes that increase customer loyalty and retention tailored to a continuum of CyberPower’s B2B channels and its partners.
In collaboration with channel sales and product management, use a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize new and existing channel marketing programs and process that drive category distribution and market share.
Act as a partner to CyberPower’s channel partners to support their customers’ success in their product investments.
Measure and manage channel marketing KPIs and ROI for both CyberPower and their partners.
Keep appraised and offer timely, solicited and unsolicited support of all critical issues in an ever-changing environment facing all areas of CyberPower’s business, both internally and externally.
Manage the changing and differing priorities according to short and long-term channel sales goals and how these impact channel marketing.
Assure continuous improvement in the quality and value of strategic and tactical channel marketing activities that ensure CyberPower be known as the trusted advisor to its partners within the power management industry.

Coach, mentor, and raise the channel marketing team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for talent development.
Previous experience working as a channel manager would be a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of industry agnostic channels partners who are up to 3+ removed from the end-user.
Strong grasp of business strategy and the ability to prioritize and deliver on opportunities through best practices.
Track record of leveraging pricing/promotion levers that will increase growth and awareness tailored to CyberPower’s channel partners while ensuring the prevention of channel conflict.
Demonstrated project management experiences within a fast-paced, dynamic environment a plus.
Past experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting.
Demonstrated experiences solving problems using strong interpersonal skills to accomplish goals.
The ability to manage and develop small teams of direct reports and influence peer and senior staff is essential.
